Dear parent,
I'm Scott Sansovich.
I know firsthand the transformative power of confidence in a child's life.
I grew up in a modest middle-class household, living a pretty typical American kid's life.
But by the 3rd grade, I struggled with my multiplication tables and thought I simply wasn't "good at math."
Everything changed when my mom enrolled me in extra practice. I'm very grateful that she did.
A few months and thousands of math problems later, I not only mastered multiplication but became the fastest in his class.
This breakthrough ignited my self-belief and passion for learning.
In high school, I became a National Merit Finalist (less than 0.5% of all students) and scored in the 97th percentile on the math section of the SATs.
To my shock, I was accepted in Harvard University, where I studied computer science and English literature.
After graduating, I worked in venture capital where I learned from some of the country's best tech entrepreneurs, and later founded a healthcare tech company that grew to over $25 million in revenue with over 200 employees.
Now, as a dad, my mission is to help my daughter unlock her fullest potential and achieve her wildest dreams.

I want to share what I've learned because I believe that with the right support and mindset, any child can achieve greatness by showing them that they can do hard things.
